If the course does not launch automatically, you may need to disable pop-up blocker in your internet browser before you can start the course.


Pop-up blockers are designed to prevent unwanted adverts and spam messages from interrupting your browsing, but can sometimes block a genuine pop-up window, such as one of our courses.


Below are instructions to disable the pop-up blocker for popular browsers:

If you are unable to turn off the pop-up blocker for some reason, try holding down the "shift" key whilst clicking to start the course. This will tell the browser that you want to open the course in a new window, so will manually override the pop-up blocker.
