When you click the 'Enter' button to start a course, it will open in a new popup window.
If the course does not launch automatically, you may need to disable pop-up blocker in your internet browser before you can start the course.
Pop-up blockers are designed to prevent unwanted adverts and spam messages from interrupting your browsing, but can sometimes block a genuine pop-up window, such as one of our courses.
Below are instructions to disable the pop-up blocker for popular browsers:
Internet Explorer: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/909604
Mozilla Firefox: http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/pop-blocker-settings-exceptions-troubleshooting
Google Chrome: https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/95472?hl=en-GB
You may have additional extensions installed on your browser which also have a popup blocker. If you cannot get the course window open, try another browser, or open a new browser tab in 'private / incognito' mode.
Try holding down the "shift" key whilst clicking the Enter button. This will force the browser to open a new tab.
