When paying with a personal credit card, please ensure your registered address on our platform matches your credit card statement address in full, otherwise the transaction may be rejected for security reasons.
If you borrow a card from a friend or family, you will need to change the address on your Marlins online test account to their home address.
To change your address, please log in to the Test Platform (www.marlinstests.com) and select "Update my account details" at the bottom of the page. (After buying the tests, remember to change your address back again.)
Note that another reason for declined transactions is using a credit card in one country when your card is registered in another country. Occasionally, our payment gateway, WorldPay, flags this as a potential fraud and blocks the transaction.
