When I allocate a licence code to a candidate by email, what does the automated message look like? : Helpdesk

As a account administrator, you can choose to allocate a licence code/s to individuals, either before they take their test in you office, or if you are testing them remotely.

If you are testing a candidate remotely, you may wish to use the automated "Email Licence Code To Candidate" function. Below is a sample of the message that is sent by this function:

Subject: You have been allocated an ICS Marlins English Language Test by Marlins

From: <Name of Account Administrator>

Marlins has allocated you an ICS Marlins English Language Test.

To start your test, click this link: <website link>

Your licence code for this test is <Licence Code>. Please keep a note of this code in case you have any problems completing your test.
