- The full name of the product you purchased
- The email address used to register and purchase the test
- Your Order ID (this can be found on your order confirmation email, received when making the purchase)
- The reason you are requesting a refund
- The amount of refund you are requesting

This refunds policy applies only to products and services owned by Marlins Training Ltd, a business within Ocean Technologies Group.
This refund policy applies only to non-subscription purchases. Any subscriptions are entirely outwith this policy and separate terms apply.
The decision to offer a refund in whole or in part is entirely at the discretion of Marlins Training Ltd.
Requests for refunds will be treated on a case-by-case basis. Marlins Training Ltd will review each case objectively and reserve the right to decline a request for a refund if there is good reason to do so.
If you have used the Marlins product and a certificate has been issued, we will not be able to offer a refund.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 working days of Marlins Training Ltd agreeing to issue the refund. Funds may take longer to clear in your account: this is not the responsibility of Marlins Training Ltd.
