When you complete a course at learn.oceantg.com your certificate will become available on the main course page. To access this login to your account and click the course title. You should then click the certificate module.
The pass mark for most assessments is 75% and you will not receive your certificate until you achieve the pass mark.
If you do not achieve 75% on your first attempt, you will need to go through the course material again before retaking the assessment.
If you believe you achieved the pass mark, but you cannot get your certificate, then contact us at hello@oceantg.com
