We are aware of an issue that sometimes happens on our Ocean Shop / LMS which asks users to link to a Wordpress page and apologise for any inconvenience.
If you have this issue try logging into https://shop.oceantg.com/ until you reach the page asking you to link your accounts, and then instead of trying to link accounts, copy and paste the following link into your browser? https://learn.oceantg.com/auth/thinksso/.
This should allow you to bypass the account link screen to get straight into your account.
If this does not work, or to avoid any further delays, please register a new account using a different email address, and email hello@oceantg.com providing the following details:
LMS account link issue
Full name:
Email address on account with issue:
Email address on new account:
Course purchased / enrolled to:
Order number:
We can then add the course to the new account for you.
